A short questionnaire before we meet. Where you are, what's pulling at you, what you've already tried. Ten minutes, honest answers, no wrong ones.
A free half hour, face to face. You bring the thing you can't see your way through; I bring thirty years of trail. We find out if we walk well together. If we don't, I'll say so, and point you
toward someone better suited.
Session Zero. Before any expedition moves, you provision and agree on the route. We set the parameters of the coaching relationship: cadence, expectations, agreements, and terms. That way every session after keeps momentum.

A million possible futures. This is how we find the one that's actually yours.
Which Path Do We Choose?
How it Starts
No one sets out cold. Before we ever talk about goals, we make sure the fit is right. Coaching only works if you walk the trail with me, and I walk it with you.
The Trailhead.
The Sit-Down.
Base Camp.
The Route We Walk
Every engagement follows the same deep structure, because every navigator needs the same things in the same order:
The Fire. What actually drives you? Beneath the goals, beneath the “shoulds” and “oughts”.
The Compass. Your values, built into an instrument you can read under pressure.
The Horizon. What you're steering toward. A vision worth the work. The Bearing. The direction that's actually yours, chosen from where you truly stand.
The Map. Yours. Drawn by your hand. The plan you carry out of our work and keep drawing for the rest of your life.
How long each stretch takes depends on your terrain. The order doesn't change.
Ways To Walk
1:1 Coaching. The core work. Regular sessions, your pace,
the full route.
Walk & Talk. In-person coaching done the way it was meant to be done. On foot, in motion. Some things only come loose when you're moving.
The Campfire. Small circles of travelers, each on their own route, meeting around one fire. Trade field notes. Borrow courage. Walk on. The first circle lights soon. Join the list.
Engagements begin at $1,800. The right fit, and the exact number, comes out of the sit-down.
A Different Trail: Consulting
There's a crucial difference between coaching and consulting. Coaching teaches you to navigate; you draw the map. Consulting hires a guide who has already walked your specific ground.
I consult with food & beverage operators and story-driven brands. The two terrains where I've spent my working life.
If your business needs someone who's kept the doors open, built the brand, and
carried the story, that's a different conversation. Book the same sit-down and tell me it's consulting.
